Shipping and Returns, we ship across the USA

Order Processing Time: Our order processing time is 2-3 business days before shipment.

Product information:  The prices displayed at the site are quoted in US dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. 

Shipping within the USA: All orders within the USA will be shipped via USPS. A shipping fee of $3.90 will be applied to cover shipping costs based on package weight and size according to USPS rates. Please note that during holiday seasons, the shipping fee may increase due to USPS holiday rates.

Free shipping: We periodically offer free shipping on your orders. 

International Shipping: We do not currently ship outside the USA.

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for USPS delays caused by inclement weather or holidays.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost Packages: If a package is lost after being handed over to USPS, please file a claim directly with USPS before contacting us about your order.

Hygiene Policy: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged Products: While we take care in packaging orders to prevent breakage, if a product arrives damaged, please contact us at info@gioofcolors.com with a photo and your order number. We will assess whether a replacement is possible.

 Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
